Commercial Real Estate Hybrid Position Opening (Leasing/Sales/Management)

Position Requirements:
*       Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with tenants and provide leadership and guidance to the property management team
*       Manage all aspects of their assigned portfolio
*       Manage the leasing and renewal process
*       Commercial leasing of retail, office, and industrial properties
*       Listing and selling of commercial and investment properties
*       Generating leads via warm calling and follow-ups
*       Making sales presentation to prospective clients/tenants
*       Networking to identify potential new business opportunities
*       Review, approve and discuss reconciliations with tenants as needed
*       Review monthly financial reports and produce monthly owner reports
*       Review maintenance proposals, contracts and handle daily property management issues
*       Create and execute a marketing plan to meet occupancy goals
*       Prepare a comprehensive and accurate property budget annually to meet owner’s expectations
*       Participate in community and professional associations as appropriate
*       Use Yardi reporting to perform financial functions and analysis

*       Real Estate License
*       Commercial Retail, Office and Industrial Experience Required
*       Leasing and Brokerage (Tenant Rep and Sales) Experience is a Must
*       1-2 Years Property Management Experience Required
*       Strong understanding of Commercial Lease language (Office, Industrial and Retail)
*       Industry certifications and memberships a plus
*       Knowledge of basic building maintenance procedures
*       Knowledge of accounting practices
*       Excellent communication, leadership, organization and management skills
*       The ability to deal tactfully with tenants, owners, staff, management, and vendors
*       Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
*       High attention to detail
*       Good observation and time management skills
