Steve Vockrodt is an award winning reporter for The Kansas City Star. He covers development, City Hall in Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas and investigations. He has previously reported at The Pitch, the Kansas City Business Journal and the Lawrence Journal-World. He grew up in Denver, Colorado, before attending the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas.

Suzanne is a top producer in Cushman & Wakefield’s Kansas City office, where she leads a three-broker team responsible for over 60 sale and lease transactions totaling $48 million. Leveraging her 22 years of experience and her analytical skills, she has been an asset in working through some very complex real estate issues from the perspective of owners, tenants and lenders. She has a keen sense of market conditions. She is one of the few real estate professionals who has the capacity and the team to deliver this depth of service and exceptional real estate resources supporting Cushman & Wakefield producers and consultants. In addition to her brokerage services, she is involved in recruiting, training and mentoring young brokerage associates. Jeff has represented many of the nation and region’s top retailers develop and execute their real estate strategy in Kansas City and other Midwest markets. Jeff represents national retailers such as Petsmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods and JC Penney, and was proud to help develop the market strategy for new-Kansas City retailers like Staples and Chick-fil-A.  Jeff continues to work with top-of-the-class local and regional concepts such as BRGR Tavern, Taco Republic and Hoopla! In addition to representing retailers, Jeff has acquired and developed several first class shopping center and mixed use projects. In 2009, the $63.5M acquisition of three iconic Kansas City-area shopping centers was named as a Wall Street Journal Deal of the Week, and the centers’ transformation was extremely well received by tenants, residents and shoppers.  Jeff continues to source, analyze and acquire development and investment properties for partners and clients.

Nathan Anderson is a Partner at NAI Heartland and has 22 years of experience in the Kansas City marketplace representing industrial property owners, tenants and investors. He specializes in logistics properties, manufacturing and distribution facilities throughout the Midwest. Over his career, Nathan has facilitated over $450 million in real estate transactions. He is consistently recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in the Kansas City market. Nathan has market experience working with tax credit projects, Section 1031-exchanges, Industrial Revenue Bonds and other complex real estate structures.

Jeff Stingley is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Kansas City office and concentrates exclusively on seller representation of multifamily assets throughout Kansas and Missouri. Over his career, Jeff has facilitated the sale of over 22,000 units totaling over $1.7 billion in consideration including the recent sale of five apartment complexes representing a 73 percent share of the multifamily market in Prairie Village. In four of the last five years, including 2016, Jeff was the Top Producer in CBRE’s Kansas City office and was a Top 10% Producer and Top 20 Investment Properties Producer in CBRE’s Americas Region.
